兵谋帅事

    几年前，一个年轻人大学毕业后应聘到微软公司上海技术中心当了一名统计员。上岗伊始，他发现公司业绩统计表按月上报，经理月末才能看到，就动起了心思：如果改为每天上报一次，从经理的角度看，岂不是可以更及时有效地协调督促工作？他把这个想法告诉经理，并利用业余时间改造系统，成功地变月报为日报。
    此后，在受命组建微软亚洲现场支持中心和担任亚洲业务经理期间，他又从总部角度考虑，提出开展成本控制和财务预算分析，使中心赢利能力大增。由此，公司注意到他的才能。两年后，这名青年步入微软总部，成为最年轻的业务主管，他就是微软高级财务分析师邱伯毓。
    身处兵的位置，却善谋将、帅之事。作为普通员工，却能主动站在更高的层次思考问题、解决问题，这正是邱伯毓的特质和成功之道。
